ABV: 55.8% 70 cL

This single malt was distilled in April 2013 at an unnamed distillery on the Isle of Islay from medium-peated barley. It was aged for 11 years in Oloroso and finished in a specially selected Bodegas Fundador cask, adding richness and sweetness to the malt. 

Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring for Rare Find Collection from Glean Mòr Spirits. 

Nose

Bold fragrances of candle smoke, coastal peat and parma violet.

Palate

Dark chocolate, coffee, seaweed, bacon salad with sweet balsamic glaze.

Finish

Sweet and smokey finish.
