Glasgow 6 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky represents a masterful marriage of three distinct cask influences. This expression began its journey on the 14th of April 2019 when it was distilled into first fill ex-Bourbon casks for five years, developing a rich foundation of vanilla and oak character. It was then re-racked on the 4th of June 2024 into premium Amarone Italian wine casks, introducing layers of dried fruit, dark berries, and subtle wine-forward complexity. Double distilled and unpeated, this whisky showcases the pure spirit character with elegant refinement. The three cask marriage creates a harmonious balance between the bourbon maturation's sweetness and the Amarone finish's sophisticated depth. Bottled on the 16th of March 2026 at six years old, this is a limited release of just 1,060 bottles.
