Epilogue is the thirty-first and final release (Mark XXXI) in the Award-Winning Exceptional Cask Selection series, and there is no finer Rum with which to mark this notable occasion.

It is a blend of Rums distilled in the copper double-retort pot-still and the continuous twin-column stills of Foursquare Rum Distillery, then aged for a minimum of 19 years in ex-Bourbon American White Oak casks, resulting in a rum with a rich mahogany colour that ushers in an enticing aroma of dark chocolate, leather, and dried fruit.
