The largest component in this teaspooned blend was distilled in 1997 along the banks of the River Fiddich. Aged for 22 years in two refill bourbon hogsheads, the liquid was then re-racked into two 1st Fill Pedro Ximenez barriques for a further six years, adding depth and richness to the creamy and fruity blended malt.
It was bottled, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring, by Murray McDavid for their Mission Gold Collection.
