Distilled in 1995 this 28 year old single malt from Fettercairn Distillery has been aged in a Bourbon Hogshead, before being finished in 1st fill Pedro Ximenez/Oloroso Sherry and Red Wine casks. Bottled in 2024 at natural cask strength of 51.2% ABV, without chill filtration or artificial colouring.
“This truly unique creation has been skilfully crafted using specially selected cask styles; French red wine, Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry. The oak influences have combined magnificently to develop a powerful and captivating character in this sophisticated spirit – I’m sure you’ll agree, a rare unicorn of a dram!”
Bottled from just three casks only 667 Bottles have been produced.

PALATE: | Salted caramel, berries and lavender. |
