This single malt was distilled on the 13th of June 2007 at the Fettercairn Distillery, known for their unique still cooling rings. This Highlander was finished in a refill Tokaji wine cask, which was previously used to finish one of Finn Thomson's Glen Garioch releases, adding just a hint of fruitiness from the Hungarian wine.
It was bottled by Finn Thomson at natural cask strength, without chill-fliration or artificial colouring.
