Douglas Laing

Fettercairn 10 Years old Provenance

ABV: 46% 70 cL

This single malt was distilled in 2010 at the Fettercairn Distillery, located in the Highland region of Scotland. It was aged for 10 years in a single refill hogshead before being bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring by Douglas Laing for their Provenance series.

Nose

Bright and clean as it opens, warming a crunched barley, grist and nut-based fusion.

Palate

Warmly spiced and tongue-tingling amidst its lightly burnt butterscotch and molasses.

Finish

The spices are drier, before it moves swiftly on to sweet Malt extract and late gentle oak.
