Enigma 11 Years Old LOW.1.B Lowland

ABV: 57.5% 70 cL

This single malt was distilled in 2013 at an undisclosed distillery in the Scottish Lowlands.  It rested for around 10 years before being re-racked in 2013 into a single Refill Oloroso sherry cask for finishing. It features complex notes including figs, grilled nectarines, buttered wholemeal toast and nutmeg.

Bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring by Cadenhead's for their Enigma Collection. 

Nose

Fruit salad sweets, figs, walnuts.

Palate

Grilled nectarines, wholemeal toast and butter, cherry fruit leather.

Finish

Caramel, chocolate orange, nutmeg.
