Nose

Foam bananas, upside down pineapple cake, sweet tea, apple skins, beeswax and a whisper of pencil shavings.

Palate

Fresh ginger, marzipan, beeswax, agave syrup, tingling white pepper, pineapple, raspberry, strawberry laces, light honey, lemon rind and tea. And a lovely, viscous mouthfeel.

Finish

Lemon zest, bay leaves, banana bread, black tea, more white pepper, light honeydew melon, caramel, vanilla and gentle reposado.
