It was bottled by James Eadie for their Distilleries of Great Britain and Ireland Collection, at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.

Founded in 1839 by Alexander Mathieson on the outskirts of Alness, Dalmore Distillery changed hands to the descendants of the MacKenzie clan in 1867 when they decided to adorn the bottles with a stag, which was bestowed to their ancestor, the first chieftain fo the clan by the king in gratitude for saving his life from a charging stag.
Dalmore's new make is a robust and fruity spirit, well suited for long maturation.
