This single malt was distilled in 2007 at the Dailuaine Distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland. It was aged for 15 years in a single white wine cask, resulting in notes of buttery shortbread, raspberries and nut chocolate.

Bottled by Gleann Mòr Spirits for their Rare Find collection at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.  

Nose

Waves of vanilla fudge and cherry.

Palate

The nose is followed on the palate with raspberries, raisins, shortbread and some fruit and nut chocolate.

Finish

Warm, sweet and gentle spiced finish.
