Morrison Distillers
ABV: 47.5% 70 cL
Craigellachie's distinctive sulphury character finds elegant expression in this 14-year-old single malt. Distilled in 2011 and matured in fino sherry casks, it developed layers of dried fruit, honeyed spice, and subtle oak complexity. The Speyside spirit's signature waxy texture melds beautifully with the wine's influence, creating a refined dram with genuine depth and character.
Bottled by Morrison Distillers for their Càrn Mòr collection without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
Tax included.

The Craigellachie distillery was built in 1891 with the sole purpose of distilling a light, fruity spirit for blending. Like many others, the distillery has changed ownership a few times throughout its life, but production has been steady since its opening, with only a few short closures. However, the style of whisky produced has changed. Nowadays, Craigellachie is known for its bold flavour with oaky and spicy notes. The distillery released the first official single malt in 2014, but the majority of the liquid is still used for blending.
