This single malt was distilled at the Craigellachie Distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland. It was matured for 12 years and finished in two Octaves, which previously held Oloroso Sherry, resulting in a rich malt with notes of orchard fruits, damson and plum jam, dark chocolate, nutmeg and treacle.
Bottled by The Whisky Cellar at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
