The Cask of Lindores series explores individual casks that are a make up of their core series, MCDXCIV. This is a second edition of the bourbon casks used at Lindores Distillery. Aged exclusively in ex-bourbon casks, this limited release is a fresh and fruity malt with vanilla sweetness and silky texture. 

Nose

Pleasant mellow, fruity apples, ripe banana, sweet pears and vanilla, buttercream and caramel notes with subtle citrus touches

Palate

Fruity green apples, citrus lemon, banana, oaky woody notes, coffee beans and spicy peppery touches. Pleasant silky texture.

Finish

Medium length finish.
