Nose

Aromas of pineapple juice, tinned mandarins, sultanas, warm shortbread, honey and faint wisp of post firework smoke.

Palate

A cascade of mandarin, persimmon, apricot and classic fruit coctail sweetness, rounded by soft digestive biscuits.

Finish

Graceful and lingering, it offers a rare glimpse into a distillery long gone.
