Spirit of Scotland presents fine single malt Scotch whisky bottled at cask strength. Each bottle captures a moment in time never to be repeated.

This single malt from Caol Ila Distillery on the Isle of Islay was distilled in 2010 and matured for 15 years in first fill Sherry butt before bottling in 2025 by Gordon & Macphail, at natural cask strength, natural colour and no chill filtration.

It showcases notes of sultana and blackcurrant aromas with cured meats. Red berries and festive spices on the palate with blood orange leading to bonfire embers on the finish.
