Tasty Drams present 100ml a single malt from Caol Ila distillery distilled in August 2010. It was partly matured in first fill sherry hogshead. It was bottled by The Red Cask Company, at a cask strength of 58.7% ABV, at natural colour and no chill filtration.

Nose

Sea weed, dry, sweet smoke. Some leather comes through as well.

Palate

Smoky, dry, sweet aniseed woody taste, with slightly dark chocolate flavours, still some sweet notes lingering on your tongue.

Finish

Dry wood slightly smoky lingering after taste of dark chocolate.
