Palate

Peach, pear, fig, more date, golden syrup, demerara sugar, maraschino cherry, molasses, cola bottles, dried apricot, intense oak and yet more liquorice.

Finish

Very tannic, with baked apple, more molasses, cherry, plum, grape skin and oh more liquorice.
