This is batch 1 of the Blue Label 8 year old - 640 bottles made from 3 exceptional ex-bourbon barrels from Aultmore Distillery. Each cask was selected for it's bright fragnance, fruit forward character and sweet finish, The result is elegant, unpeated, sipping whisky.
Minimal Intervention Scotch is a term borrowed from the wine world eaning it's presented naturally - No colouring no filtration, no finishing casks, nowhere to hide.
At 46% ABV, this un-chill filtered whisky keeps it's natural flavours and character. Cloudiness may occur when cold - a mark of authenticity.
