This single malt is the very first batch of Blue Label from Uncharted Whisky Company. Aged in 3 exceptional bourbon barrels from Aultmore Distillery. Each cask was selected for it's bright fragnance, fruit forward character and sweet finish, The result is elegant, unpeated, sipping whisky.

Bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. 

Nose

Delicate and fragrant pear drops, pineapple and lemon sherbet.

Palate

Sumer smooth and warming, notes of fresh baked lemn drizzle cake, accompany florals, oak wood and powered sugar.

Finish

Soft esters mingle with orchard fruit, oak, mild vanilla and malted barley.
