Chapter II take more of an exotic character after 6 years of finishing in a single SXG Diamond Rum barrel from Guyana. The gentle smoke is well-balanced with notes of sweet citrus, honey nuts and bananas.
Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
