This single cask bottling encapsulates these qualities with notes of dried fruit, toasted nuts, and a touch of earthiness and sweet spice. Aged for 15 years in a Hogshead and finished in a Pedro Ximenéz cask, its has been bottled at natural cask strength of 53% ABV, without artificial colouring or chill filtering, with only 253 bottles being produced.
