This single malt was distilled on the 25th of February 2008 at the Blair Athol Distillery in the beautiful town of Pitlochry. It was matured for 17 years in a Virgin Oak barrel, resulting in a delightful, nutty malt.
It was bottled by Alistair Walker for their Infrequent Flyer collection at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
Fried banana fritters and vanilla custard.
