Lady of the Glen

Blair Athol 13 Years Old Lady of the Glen

ABV: 58.8% 70 cL

Distilled on 13th February 2013 at Blair Athol in Pitlochry, Highland Perthshire, known for its rich, nutty and full-bodied spirit.

Released as Lady of the Glen's Festivals and Tastings Exclusive 2026, it was matured in a hogshead before an ex-octave finish. Octaves are small casks of around 50 litres, so the spirit has far more contact with the wood and picks up extra depth in a short time.

Bottled at 13 years old on 20th August 2026 from cask #302088A, with natural colour and no chill filtration. Limited to just 57 bottles.

Blair Athol Distillery was established in 1798, situated south of the scenic town of Pitlochry, by John Stewart and Robert Robertson. Initially, it was called Aldour, named after their water source. However, the distillery didn't see much success, and it was soon closed. In 1826, John Robertson reopened the distillery and renamed it Blair Athol. Since then, it has changed hands several times and is currently owned by Diageo. Blair Athol’s nutty and spicy malt is now at the heart of Bell's Blended Whisky.
