Murray McDavid
ABV: 44.5% 70 cL
This single malt was distilled at the Benrinnes Distillery at the foot of Ben Rinnes Hill in the Speyside Region of Scotland. The Tawny Port Barriques finish lifted this bold spirit, adding flavours of fruity chocolate and floral notes leading to a long creamy finish.
It was bottled without chill filtration or artificial colouring by Murray McDavid for their Cask Craft Collection.
Tax included.

Benrinnes is situated by the foot of the Ben Rinnes mountain, from which it takes its name. The first destination at the original site occurred in 1826, but only three years later, the distillery was destroyed by flood. It was rebuilt in the new location in 1835. Since then, the distillery has endured changes in ownership, bankruptcies, and even a fire. Today, Benrinnes is part of Diageo's portfolio, with two stills and a capacity of 2.5 million litres per year.
