This single malt from Benriach Distillery flowed through its copper stills in 1990, a time when its fruity spirit was championed in the blends of Seagrams. 

It was patiently matured for 31 years in American oak before it was re-racked into Ximenez-Spinola PX Sherry Barrique for the final two years before bottling in 2024. 

Bottled by Murray McDavid for their Mission Gold collection, at natural cask strength, natural colour and no chill filtration. 

Nose

Fresh pear, baked apple and candied nuts.

Palate

Buttery shortbread and lush baking spices.

Finish

Long, oily sweet spice and chocolate chilli.
