This single malt from Benriach Distillery from the Speyside region of Scotland was distilled on the 11th of May 2007. It was fully matured in refill ex-Bourbon hogshead for 17 years before bottling on the 8th of May 2023. 

It was bottled by Fragrant Drops at natural colour and no chill filtration. Limited to 78 bottles.

Nose

Honeyed apricot, strawberreis, fromage frais, strawberry jam doughnut, sweet red apple, white table grapes, hay, barley sugar, cut grass and sesame.

Palate

Apricot yoghurt, pear, honeydew melon, peach and sauternes.

Finish

Lemonade, walnut, nutmeg, white pepper, mustard, leather, giant gobstopper and malt.
