Distilled on the 10th February 2015 and matured for 11 years, this expression showcases the character of first fill Amontillado hogshead finishing. The Amontillado cask imparts rich, complex notes of dried fruit, nuts, and subtle spice, layered beneath the distillery's signature honeyed and slightly smoky character. The hogshead format allows for elegant wood integration without overwhelming the spirit's natural complexity.

Bottled on the 13th February 2026 by Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength collection, at natural colour and no chill filtration.
