This beautiful malt was laid to rest in 1999, where it remained for 23 years in cask #905, a well-charred Bourbon hogshead. Over the years, the whisky has developed a deep, golden colour and a luxurious velvety taste that is simply unparalleled.

Bottled at 50.8% ABV, at natural colour and no chill filtration. Limited to 276 bottles.

Nose

Toffee, walnuts and plum jam.

Palate

Salted caramel, bread pudding with cinnamon and wood spice.

Finish

A long finish that continues to exude all of its gutsy and giving, sweet and savoury wares.
