The youngest cask in Ben Nevis range is a 2000 bourbon hogshead #1002, matured on-site at the distillery for just over 22 years. 

Bottled at 46.2% ABV, at natural colour and no chill filtration. Limited to 311 bottles.

Nose

Poached pear, honey and malt loaf.

Palate

Wood spice, anise and a kick of cayenne pepper.

Finish

A medium length drying finish, dominated by fruit and wood spice.
