This single malt was distilled at the Ballindalloch Estate, in the Speyside Region of Scotland. It was aged for 7 years in a single Butt, which previously held Pedro Ximenez Sherry, resulting in a rich and fruity malt with notes of ripe banana, raisins and warming oak spice.
Bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
