This single malt was distilled in 2016 at the Ballindalloch Distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland. It was matured for 9 years in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, allowing each cask type to contribute its own character to the malt and creating a tropical, fruity and sweet palate with passionfruit, soft caramel and blackcurrants. 

Nose

Tropical fruit, rich mandarins, gentle citrus.

Palate

Hints of passion fruit, soft caramel, juicy blackcurrants.

Finish

Smooth and lingering with a fruity forest-floor complexity.
