Matured for 9 years and finished in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, this beautifully balanced, off-dry malt delivers layers of vintage marmalade, rich Christmas cake, toasted almonds and bitter dark chocolate, before a long, gently drying finish.
It was bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or atificial colouring by Duncan Taylor.
