This single malt was distilled at the Auchroisk Distillery in the Speyside Region of Scotland. It was finished in Port, Marsala and Four-Grain Casks, adding fruity and rich flavours to spicy and nutty Auchroisk with notes of sweet melon, soft peach and creamy vanilla. 

It was bottled without chill filtration or artificial colouring by Murray McDavid for their Cask Craft Collection.

The Auchroisk distillery was founded in 1972 and released its first single malt in 1978. Rapid mashing, quick fermentation, and a rapid boiling regime create a fruity yet spicy malt with notes of nuts. Diageo currently owns Auchroisk, with most of the liquid produced at the distillery being used for J&B Blended Scotch Whisky. It is also bottled as a single malt for the Fauna & Flora collection and by numerous independent bottlers.
