This single malt was distilled at the Auchroisk distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland. It was finished in Bourbon Quarter casks from Koval Distillery in Chicago. The small, compact casks mellowed the spirit quickly, producing creamy and sweet malt with notes of vanilla, crisp apple, sweet mango and honeyed cereal.
It was bottled without chill filtration or artificial colouring by Murray McDavid for their Cask Craft Collection.
