Signatory Vintage
ABV: 50.8% 70 cL
This single malt was distilled in 2013 at the Auchentoshan Distillery, near Glasgow in the Lowland region of Scotland. It was aged for 13 years and finished in first-fill Oloroso Sherry Butts, adding depth and richness to the malt.
Like every release in the Monuments of Scotland Collection, the label features a well-known Scottish monument, in this case St Andrews Cathedral. Once the largest church in the country, it served as the heart of medieval Scottish Christianity. The building was destroyed during the Protestant Reformation, but the striking ruins remain one of Scotland's most visited historic sites.
Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring by Signatory Vintage.
Tax included.

Founded in 1823 by John Bulloch, a corn merchant, Auchentoshan Distillery is located near Glasgow. Renowned for its distinctive triple distillation process, the distillery produces smooth and delicate Lowland single malt Scotch whisky. Over the years, it has undergone several ownership changes and is now part of Suntory Global Spirits. The name "Auchentoshan" is derived from the Gaelic term meaning "corner of the field.”
