Distilled on the 3rd of April 2012 and aged in a single ex-Sherry cask before bottling on the 27th May 2025. Bottled at cask strength of 56.6% ABV, at natural colour and no chill filtration.

Limited to 292 bottles.

Nose

Notes of baked apples, fresh honey and warm wood spice.

Palate

Waves of fresh summer fruits with highlights of spiced pear and red apples.

Finish

Lingering trail of toffee and lemon zest.
