Arran Distillery
ABV: 46% 70 cL
The Arran 10 Year Old is a standout expression from one of the few West Coast distilleries that produces unpeated whisky. Part of Arran’s core range, this award-winning single malt is celebrated for its smooth, approachable character.
Bursting with lively fruit notes and a touch of zesty citrus, it also carries subtle hints of cinnamon and spice, adding depth and warmth to its clean, natural profile. A well-balanced dram that captures the spirit of the Isle of Arran in every sip.
Luscious citrus fruits.
The initial rush of rich vanilla sweetness gives way to a touch of cinnamon which adds a spicy edge to the soft and sweet texture. The classic Arran citrus notes have rounded with age and reveal new depths of character against a background of sweet oak.

The history of distillation on the Isle of Arran is long and rich. Once home distilling became illegal, the islanders went underground and kept supplying the rising demand for the water of life. The Arran distillery in Lochranza, opened in 1995 and is the first legal one since its predecessor, located in Lagg, closed its doors in 1837. Unlike many distilleries on the West Coast and the islands, Arran's whisky does not use peat. Their malt is soft and smooth, with citrus and cereal notes.
