ABV: 50% 70 cL

This distinctive whisky from Ardnamurchan Distillery is crafted entirely from 100% peated spirit, offering a bold and smoky character. It matured for 3 years in ex-bourbon casks, then spent an additional 3.5 years in ex-Sauternes barriques, which adds layered complexity and subtle sweetness. Bottled at 50% ABV, this release is limited to 8,460 bottles.

Nose

Lime leaf, lemon balm, shortbread, hay bales. Pineapple upside-down-cake, desiccated coconut, crème de pêche. Stem ginger syrup, pencil shavings, tobacco.

Palate

Nutmeg, dried ginger, orange blosson water. Smoked manuka honey, lemon meringue pie, salted cashew nuts. Tajin seasoning, Creamola foam, Tizer. Hickory wood, farmy smoke, earthy depth.

Finish

Spicy, punchy, bright. A luscious, decadent dram.
