The Heritage Barley release is back! 

Following the success of last year’s release, the distillery has returned with Batch Two. 

It was distilled using unpeated Golden Promise barley and fully matured in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks, creating rich and decadent expression. 

Bottled at natural cask strength, natural walnut colour and no chill filtration.

Nose

Brandy-soaked cherry, blackberry shnapps, spearmint, gingerbread and blueberry pie.

Palate

Dried ginger, fresh leather, cardamom, toffee pancakes doused in maple syrup, pumpernickel.

Finish

Jammy, spicy, bold and lengthy.

The Adelphi-owned Arnamurchan Distillery, located on the picturesque peninsula of the same name, was built in 2013. The buildings were designed with sustainability in mind, using renewable energy and recycling as much water and heat as possible. The first liquid to run through the distillery was unpeated, with the peated malt being added a year later. Ardnamurchan produces both peated and unpeated spirits, often combining the two to create a new depth of flavours and unique style.
