An undisclosed Highland single malt from distillery located 15.8 miles from Inverness and 57.3 miles from Dornoch. It was aged for 19 years in bourbon casks showcasing sweet orchard fruit notes. Bottled by Thompson Bros. at natural colour and no chill filtration. 

Best enjoyed with a Tin of Tomato Gazpacho.

Nose

Soft fruit and digestive biscuits. Peaches and pears all jumbled into a crumble with some cask aged vanilla goodness and a slight floral aside.

Palate

Cereal and grain to the forefront with some custard and apple. More soft orchard fruits, some light tannin that helps to give some structure.

Finish

Some prickly pear and a little savoury goodness. A slight vegetal note gives way to more cereal and biscuits.
