This single malt from Allt A Bhainne Distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland was distilled in 2016. It matured for 8 years in refill Bourbon barrel before bottling in 2025 by Gordon & Macphail, at natural cask strength, natural colour and no chill filtration.

It showcases notes of delicate floral aromas with green apple and vanilla. Smooth and sweet tropical fruit flavours with lime and hint of pepper. A fresh finish with a touch of mint.

Allt-a-Bhainne is a modern Speyside distillery founded in 1975 near Dufftown by Chivas Brothers to supply malt for blended Scotch. Its light, fresh and floral spirit has traditionally gone into blends, though it now also produces a lightly peated style, unusual for the region. Increasingly, it has gained attention through independent bottlings and a small number of official single malt releases.
