Kininvie Distillery, which began production on 4th July 1990. The distillery is known for creating quality malts used in blended Scotch whiskies. 

Aldunie 27 Years Old was distilled on the 7th September 1998, fully maturing in a refill barrel before bottling in 2026. This dram is an absolute fruit bomb, with peaches, apples, marmalade, white chocolate and nutmeg.

Bottled on the 20th July 2026 by Woodrow's of Edinburgh for their Warehouse Reserve collection, at natural cask strength, natural colour and no chill filtration. Limited to 163 bottles.

Nose

A vibrant fruit basket of apple, rhubarb and strawberry laces, layered with buttercream, warm brioche, almond butter and delicate orange blossom.

Palate

Rich and mouth-coating. Notes of foam bananas, pear, peach and dried mango, followed by buttery croissants, heather honey, toasted hazelnuts and gentle white pepper.

Finish

Medium in length and elegant, with lingering apple, boiled sweets, candied ginger and a subtle earthy touch of turmeric.
