Aatta, meaning ‘eight’ in Old Norse, is crafted to the exacting standards of London Dry gin and uniquely distilled eight times. Alongside Orkney Akvavit, it is one of the only spirits hand-crafted in the UK with this many distillations, resulting in an exceptionally silky mouthfeel.

The final distillation takes place over 24 hours, using eight carefully selected botanicals including fresh, zesty oranges, hand-picked rose hips, bright juniper, and a hint of vanilla.

The bespoke bottle design draws inspiration from traditional receptacles found along Orkney’s shores—timeless vessels made to endure.
