This single malt was distilled in October 2010 at an undisclosed distillery in the Lowland region of Scotland, with the only clue being that it is near Pencaitland Distillery. It was initially filled into a Refill Hogshead, before being split into 1st Fill Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks for the last 4 years of maturation. 

Bottled by Woodrow's of Edinburgh at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.

Nose

Aromatic and floral, with rose petals, orange, lime, and a touch of hay.

Palate

Silky and delicate, offering wildflowers, honey cake, milk chocolate, banana loaf, walnuts and orange.

Finish

Soft, with digestive biscuits, Earl Gray tea, and a hint of cloves.
