This single malt was distilled in October 2004 at an unnamed Distillery in the Highland region of Scotland. The lightly peated malt was aged for 20 years in a single refill bourbon hogshead and bottled without chill-filtation or artificial colouring. 

Nose

Coastal with deeper maritime notes, heather embers, green apple, lime zest and parma violet.

Palate

Barley sugar, menthol, guava, apricot and white pepper.

Finish

Long, pepper still lingers with the tropical and stone fruits also following through.
