This single cask from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery was distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2023. Matured for 5 years in 1st fill Moscatel Hogshead, and bottled at 48% ABV, with natural colour and unchill-filtered. 

Only 330 Bottles have been produced. 

NOSE: Bright, lavender, cherry cola, candy cane, refresher sweets, Macintosh red apple, pear, and Dr. Pepper. 
PALATE: Root beer float, salted liquorice, tannin, sarsaparilla, fish sauce, mandarin, dried figs, and Underberg. 
FINISH: Medium-bodied, slightly drying, herbal.
