Doorly's Rum is distilled at Foursquare Distillery - one of a few family-owned distilleries left in the Caribbean. 

After 3 years od maturation, the spirit was filtered, removing the colour from the liquid but not the flavour profile, which makes it a great cocktail rum that will impact the flavour but not the colour of the drinks.
