This single malt was distilled in 2007 at the Glen Spey distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland, in the town of Rothes. It was re-racked into a single Tawny Port barrique from Caves de Murça - one of Murray McDavid's partners. It was bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring, exclusively for the UK market. 

TASTING NOTES

NOSE Dried berries, chocolate, nut fudge. 
PALATE Juicy plum, cigar leaf, fruity mocha. 
FINISH  Sweet oak, mellow floral lingers.
