This single malt whisky was distilled in 2010 at the Benrinnes Distillery, located in the Speyside region of Scotland. It was aged for 12 years in a single First-Fill Bourbon Hogshead and bottled by Dràm Mòr at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. 

TASTING NOTES

NOSE Almost a white wine nose with promises of chilled chardonnay. The gentle aroma is strengthened on the second visit with mild tropical fruits and a hint of ripe banana and just a touch of menthol.
PALATE There is sweet fruitiness with the addition of an almond marzipan coating. This is Angel Cake in a glass but with a slightly more potent kick.
FINISH Sweet with sponge cake.
