An annual distillery special release is a demonstration of the desire to push the boundaries of Raasay Single Malt flavour further and to give you a taste of something different to the signature distillery style. Matured in a Peated Ex-Rye Whiskey Cask and finished in Ex-Oloroso and PX Sherry Quarter Cask before bottling at ABV of 52%.

It is lightly peated balanced with peppery spice, sweet fruit & nut flavours.
